We provide tracked international shipping to the following regions:

  • Asia-Pacific: Singapore, Australia, Japan, and beyond.
  • East Africa: Priority regional handling for our local partners.

2. Processing & Lead Times

  • Order Verification: All orders undergo a 24–48 hour technical quality check and calibration period before dispatch.
  • Dispatch: Once verified, orders are handed to our logistics partners. You will receive a tracking number via email immediately.

3. Estimated Shipping Times

  • Express Shipping (Air): 7–12 Business Days.
  • Standard Industrial Shipping: 15–21 Business Days.
  • Note: Due to the nature of industrial ink cartridges, these are often shipped via specialized chemical-safe logistics to ensure compliance with international air safety regulations.

4. Tracking & Transparency

Every Gavalter shipment is fully insured and trackable. Customers can monitor their delivery progress directly through our Track Your Order portal on the Gavalter website.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International Orders: For customers in North America, Europe, and Asia, please note that import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Documentation: We provide all necessary commercial invoices and HS Codes (84433213) to ensure a smooth customs clearance process.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Due to international regulations regarding solvent-based inks, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical business or residential address for all orders.

1. Professional Use

Gavalter products are designed for industrial and commercial use. By purchasing, the buyer confirms they have the necessary technical knowledge to operate a Thermal Inkjet (TIJ) device safely.

2. Accuracy of Information

While we strive for 100% accuracy, Gavalter reserves the right to correct any errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.

3. International Trade & Customs

For customers in North America, Europe, and Asia:

  • Duties: You are the "Importer of Record." Any local customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring the Y-750 complies with your local industrial safety regulations.

4. Limitation of Liability

Gavalter is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of production or business profits) arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

5. Intellectual Property

The Gavalter name, logo, and all website content are the exclusive property of Ganda Evans. Unauthorized use of our branding is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be handled within this jurisdiction.
